Overview
When submissions are spread across different Gravity Forms, reviewing them form by form can make it harder to see related information in one place. This plugin combines entries from multiple forms in a single table, giving site managers a shared view of the data. It works with GravityView to display and manage those entries.
You can choose which fields appear in the table, then filter and sort the combined entries to focus on relevant information. The plugin also supports exporting combined data as CSV or Excel files, and provides controls for deciding who can view or edit entries. Its tables are designed to display across desktop and mobile devices.
Features
- Combine form entries: Bring entries from different Gravity Forms together in one table, so you can review submissions from several forms in a shared view.
- Choose displayed fields: Set which fields appear in the combined table to present information from each form that fits your review needs.
- Filter and sort entries: Filter and sort combined form entries to find relevant submissions without browsing through unrelated data.
- Export combined data: Export combined form data in CSV or Excel format for external analysis, reporting, or record keeping.
- Control entry access: Manage which users can view or edit combined form entries with user role access controls.
- Responsive data tables: Display aggregated form data in tables designed to work across desktop computers and smartphones.

Changelog
Version 1.0.0 — 24 September 2026
- New Joined form fields in the Search Bar widget, including as facets.
- Improved More efficient entry loading in joined Views.
- Fixed Issues in the merge editor: Saving a View before the merge editor finished loading could clear its merge configuration; Minor issues with duplicate merge conditions, focus handling, and dropdowns.
- Fixed Sorting issues in joined Views: A random sort order showed no entries; Sorting on the joined form's Entry ID or Date Created returned no entries; Clicking the joined form's Entry ID or Date Created column header sorted by the main form instead.
- Improved Sorting on a joined form's field now uses GravityView's `<field_id>:<form_id>` key, the same one search uses, while the previous `form:<form_id>|<field_id>` key still works so saved Views and shared links keep sorting.
