Overview
Gravity Forms entries can hold useful information, but a standard display may not suit every site or audience. This extension lets you build custom views and choose how entry data is arranged, giving you more control over how visitors read the information.
Use the drag-and-drop layout builder to select, reorder, and style individual form fields. Entries can appear in lists, tables, or grids, with options for fonts, colors, and spacing. A live preview helps you check the layout before publishing, and the extension works with GravityView filtering and sorting features.
Features
- Drag-and-drop builder: Arrange form entry content in a custom layout with a visual builder, without needing to write code.
- Multiple display formats: Present entries in a list, table, or grid, choosing a format that fits the content on your site.
- Field-level controls: Select, reorder, and style individual form fields to control which entry details appear and how they are arranged.
- Live layout preview: Preview a custom layout before publishing to see how Gravity Forms entries will appear on the site.
- Styling options: Adjust fonts, colors, and spacing in a view to align the entry display with your website's visual style.
- Filtering and sorting: Use GravityView filtering and sorting features with custom layouts to help visitors navigate displayed entry data.
- Responsive layouts: Custom entry layouts are designed to display across devices, including desktops and smartphones.

- Sites displaying event registration entries
- Businesses publishing customer feedback

Changelog
Version 2.6.0 — 8 October 2026
- Improved Screen reader navigation, with a View's entries now identified as a labeled region, as in GravityView's other layouts.
- Fixed The "No Entries Message" could be displayed as plain text instead of a heading when the "No Entries Form" setting was configured.
- Improved The Multiple Entries template now fires the gk/gravityview/template/entries/before and gk/gravityview/template/entries/after actions around the entries output, as GravityView's other layouts do.
- Improved The no-results output now uses the .gv-no-results.gv-no-results-text or .gv-no-results.gv-no-results-form classes instead of .gv-diy-view.gv-no-results; update any custom CSS that targets the old selector.
- Improved Replaced GravityView hooks deprecated in version 2.55 with their current equivalents.
- Other Note: DIY Layout now requires PHP 7.4 and WordPress 6.5 or newer.
