Overview
Gravity Forms can collect entries for records, registrations, surveys, and other site needs. This plugin displays those entries in tables that visitors can sort and search, helping them find information within the displayed data. Pagination divides table results into pages, giving visitors a way to browse entries in smaller sections.
The extension works with GravityView to show form entries in table views. Site owners can customize table layouts to fit their website's style and use responsive tables on different screen sizes. Table data can also be exported for reporting or backup, with options that include Copy, CSV, and Print.
Features
- Sort table columns: Visitors can sort entries by column, making it easier to organize displayed form data and locate information by field.
- Search table entries: A live search field filters table contents as visitors search, helping them find matching entries without browsing every row.
- Paginate results: Pagination divides extensive table results into separate pages for visitors to browse through.
- Responsive table display: Tables adapt to different screen sizes, keeping entries readable and table functions available across devices.
- Customize table layouts: Adjust table layouts to suit your website's branding and style while presenting Gravity Forms entries.
- Export table data: Export table data for reporting or backup, with Copy, CSV, and Print options available.
Best for
- Sites displaying Gravity Forms entries
- Administrators organizing customer records
- Sites publishing event registrations or survey responses
Changelog
Version 3.14.1 — 15 October 2026
- Fixed In some setups, such as a View with a Calendar widget from GravityCalendar 2.23.1 or older, a DataTables View embedded outside the page content (for example, by the theme) searched with "Contains" for most Search Operators, including "Not Equal" and "Not In" (requires GravityView 3.8.0 or newer).
- Fixed On sites with permalinks set to "Plain", Single Entry, Edit Entry, and Delete Entry links in the table opened a page of raw data.
- Fixed The Calendar widget showed no events in DataTables Views on sites running GravityCalendar 2.23.1 or older.
- Fixed The table showed "This table could not load": - On some sites where another plugin or the theme printed stray output, such as blank lines after a closing PHP tag; - After changing page, sorting, or searching when the server took more than 30 seconds to respond, before the results eventually appeared.
- Fixed On Views that union forms with Multiple Forms, the table ignored the field mapping for entries from the added form, leaving mapped columns empty or showing fields the View was not set to display, including in Copy, CSV, and Print exports and in Preloaded (Client-side) search.
- Fixed PHP deprecation notice ("Implicitly marking parameter $request as nullable is deprecated") on PHP 8.4 or newer.
