Overview
When a view contains many Gravity Forms entries, visitors and site teams may need a way to find specific records. This extension adds filtering options to GravityView, letting you select fields and conditions that control which entries appear. Use it to shape data lists into reports or support workflows where people need to locate records by their details.
Build filters with controls and logic rules, then choose how people interact with them. Filter options can include dropdowns, checkboxes, radio buttons, and search boxes. You can combine field criteria, show or hide filters based on user selections, and let visitors filter entries dynamically without a page reload. It suits sites that collect data with Gravity Forms and present it through GravityView.
Features
- Combine filter criteria: Use multiple fields and conditions together to narrow which Gravity Forms entries appear in a GravityView view.
- Dynamic visitor filters: Let visitors filter entries in the view without a page reload, so they can adjust the displayed records as needed.
- Conditional filter rules: Set rules that show or hide filters based on user selections, tailoring the available controls to each interaction.
- Flexible filter controls: Present filters as dropdowns, checkboxes, radio buttons, or search boxes for familiar ways to narrow entries.
- Gravity Forms field support: Filter entries using Gravity Forms fields such as text, dropdown, checkbox, and date fields.
- Filters for stored record IDs: For fields that store a user, post, or entry ID, filters can match the name shown by the field and limit results to records visitors may see.
Best for
- Gravity Forms sites that display entries with GravityView
- Teams building filtered reports from form submissions
- Event organizers presenting searchable entry lists

- Fixed "Is", "is not", "in" and "not in" filters on a choice of a Product, Option or Shipping field found no entries.
