Bookly Advanced Google Calendar (Add-on)

Managing appointments in Bookly alongside a separate calendar can make it harder to keep schedules current. This add-on syncs Bookly appointments with Google Calendar, so bookings are reflected in both places. Changes made in either Bookly or Google Calendar are also reflected in the other, helping staff keep track of booked times and reduce scheduling conflicts.

The add-on supports multiple staff accounts, with a separate Google Calendar connection for each staff member. Staff availability can be set through Bookly and updated in Google Calendar, while busy times can be blocked to help prevent double bookings. It suits service businesses and professionals who use Bookly to manage appointments and want those schedules available in Google Calendar.

Features

• Appointment syncing: Bookly appointments sync automatically with Google Calendar, keeping booked times visible across both calendars.
• Two-way updates: Changes made in Bookly or Google Calendar are reflected in the other, so schedules stay consistent across both platforms.
• Multiple staff calendars: Connect Google Calendar for multiple staff members, giving each person a calendar for their Bookly appointments.
• Staff availability settings: Set and adjust staff availability through Bookly, with availability updates reflected in Google Calendar.
• Busy-time blocking: Busy times can be blocked through calendar syncing to help avoid double bookings and scheduling conflicts.
• Cross-device access: Manage appointments and calendars from a desktop, tablet, or smartphone using Google Calendar.
