Bookly Packages (Add-on)

With this add-on, clients can purchase a bundle of appointments or services in one transaction. Businesses can create package options for different client needs, such as bundles for one person or family packages. This setup fits fitness studios, wellness centers, beauty salons, and coaching services that offer repeat visits or multiple sessions.

Package settings let administrators define validity periods and monitor how many appointments have been used or remain. When a client books an appointment from a package, the session is deducted automatically. Package tags can also be used to organize offerings within the Bookly system.

Features

• Create service bundles: Build packages that group multiple appointments or services, giving clients a way to book a set of sessions together.
• Set package validity: Define expiration dates or validity periods for packages to establish how long clients can use their included appointments.
• Track session usage: Monitor appointments already used from a package and see how many sessions remain for each client.
• Deduct booked appointments: The add-on automatically subtracts an appointment from the client’s package when they book a session.
• Offer package pricing: Set special pricing or discounts for packages, with options suited to different client needs and service bundles.
• Use package tags: Add tags to packages to help organize the bundled service options offered through your booking system.
