Bookly Special Hours (Add-on)

Regular working hours may not reflect a business’s availability on holidays, seasonal dates, or one-off occasions. This Bookly add-on lets you define custom hours for specific dates, so the booking calendar can reflect those schedule changes without replacing your usual hours.

You can set different special hours for individual staff members and configure hours for recurring dates such as annual holidays. Changes are reflected in the booking calendar, giving staff and customers a view of available appointment times that matches the schedule you set.

Features

• Custom date hours: Set unique working hours for specific dates, including holidays, seasonal periods, and special events, while keeping your regular schedule in place.
• Staff-specific availability: Assign different special hours to individual employees to reflect their availability or shifts on selected dates.
• Recurring special dates: Set repeating special hours for annual holidays or other recurring events, so you do not need to enter them again each time.
• Calendar reflects changes: Special hours are reflected in the booking calendar, so customers can see appointment times based on the availability you set.
• Bookly appointment system: Use the add-on alongside the Bookly appointment system to manage special-date schedules within your existing booking setup.
