Bookly Waiting List (Add-on)

When appointment times are fully booked, clients can join a waiting list for the slot they want. This gives businesses a way to track interest in unavailable times and manage cancellations from the Bookly admin panel.

When a spot opens, the add-on can notify staff and waitlisted clients. Staff can change a client's status from waiting list to approved with one click, helping manage the appointment confirmation process. It is designed to work with the Bookly PRO appointment booking system.

Features

• Waiting lists for booked slots: Clients can add themselves to a waiting list for appointment time slots that are already fully booked.
• Admin panel management: Manage waitlisted clients directly from the Bookly admin panel as part of the appointment booking workflow.
• Staff notifications: Staff members receive automated notifications when an appointment spot opens, so they can respond to the vacancy.
• Client notifications: Waitlisted clients receive automated notifications when their requested appointment time becomes available.
• One-click status change: Change a client's status from on waiting list to approved with one click when confirming an appointment.
• Bookly PRO compatibility: The add-on works with Bookly PRO appointment booking and scheduling software.
