Bookly Ratings (Add-on)

The add-on gives clients a way to share feedback about their appointments. They can submit ratings and reviews, and customizable rating scales let you choose a format such as stars or numeric scores. Review forms can also be tailored with questions and input fields suited to the feedback you want to collect.

Use the feedback dashboard to review ratings and comments, then approve, display, or respond to reviews from the WordPress dashboard. The plugin can send review requests by email or SMS and provides reports on feedback trends. It suits service businesses that use Bookly to schedule appointments and want to keep client feedback in the same workflow.
