Bookly Custom Duration (Add-on)

Fixed appointment lengths can be a poor fit for services where clients need different amounts of time. This add-on lets customers choose an appointment duration in the Bookly booking form, giving businesses more flexibility in how they schedule consultations, meetings, therapy sessions, conferences, and other services. Clients select the length at the beginning of the booking process, so the requested time is part of the appointment from the start.

The service price is recalculated according to the duration a client selects. In the Bookly Calendar, a custom-duration booking appears as a single appointment, with an indicator showing how many time units it reserves. This gives businesses a way to offer variable-length appointments while keeping bookings visible in their calendar. The add-on is designed for sites using Bookly PRO Appointment Booking and Scheduling Software.
