SupportCandy EDD Integration

Customers can select an Easy Digital Downloads order or product in the support ticket form, linking their request to the purchase they need help with. The plugin also adds a Get Help button to the purchase history page. That button opens a pre-filled ticket form with the related order selected, giving customers a direct route to request support.

Support agents can view customer order history, total purchase amounts, and product details within a ticket. This gives the team purchase context while handling a request. Custom fields for products and orders let customers identify the subject of their issue, and the order information is available in the SupportCandy helpdesk interface.
