SupportCandy Woocommerce Add-On

When a customer submits a support request about a purchase, agents need to know which order or product is involved. This add-on lets customers select WooCommerce orders or products in the ticket form, so the request includes useful context. Help buttons on order and product pages can pre-select the relevant item, giving customers a direct path to submit a related question.

Shop managers and agents can review order details from the support workflow, including purchase history, total spend, and subscription information. Shop managers and administrators can also create tickets from a WooCommerce backend order page. Customers can view and manage their support tickets in a Support tab on the WooCommerce dashboard, alongside their orders.

• Order and product fields: Add WOO Order and WOO Product field types to ticket forms, allowing customers to select the purchase or item connected to their question.
