Ninja Forms Scheduled Submissions Export

If you regularly check WordPress to review or export form submissions, this plugin can handle those exports on a schedule. Set up reports for a Ninja Form and have them sent by email, helping you keep submission data on hand for your own work or client reporting.

Manage scheduled exports from a centralized dashboard. From there, you can create and edit schedules, choose the form, set delivery timing, and enter one or more recipients. You can also go from the dashboard to the original form to make edits, giving site owners and agencies one place to manage export tasks.

Features

• Scheduled exports: Set exports to run hourly, daily, or weekly, then receive submission reports by email instead of exporting them manually from WordPress.
• Custom delivery timing: Choose the day and hour for scheduled reports to match your workflow or the timing needs of a client.
• Central export dashboard: View and manage scheduled export tasks from one dashboard, including tasks for different forms on your site.
• Multiple recipients: Send an export to one or more email addresses so team members or clients can receive the form submission data.
• Ninja Forms support: Create scheduled exports for Ninja Forms on your WordPress site, selecting the form whose submissions you want to report.
• Direct form access: Go from the export management dashboard to the original form when you need to edit it.

Best for
