Overview

AMP pages use a simplified format, which can make visitor activity harder to track. This addon adds Google Analytics tracking for AMP pages, so site owners can review how visitors interact with that content. It is designed for WordPress sites that use MonsterInsights and publish AMP pages.

The addon brings AMP and non-AMP page data together in a single analytics platform. Site owners can review metrics such as pageviews, session duration, and conversions for AMP pages, then use those measurements to assess how visitors engage with their mobile content.

Features

AMP page tracking: Collect Google Analytics data for AMP pages to understand how visitors interact with mobile content.
MonsterInsights connection: Connect AMP tracking with MonsterInsights so its data can be viewed in the same analytics platform.
Engagement metrics: Review AMP-specific pageviews, session duration, and conversions to assess visitor activity.
Cross-page analytics: Combine data from AMP and non-AMP pages in one analytics platform for a broader view of site activity.
Mobile performance insights: Use visitor data from AMP pages to identify areas for review in mobile page performance and engagement.
AMP specifications support: Support tracking on AMP pages while following Google’s evolving AMP specifications.
