LatePoint Addon - SMS Twilio

This add-on connects SMS notifications to appointment workflows in LatePoint. It can send clients text messages about confirmations, reminders, appointment updates, and cancellations. These messages give businesses a direct way to share booking information with clients, while reducing the need for staff to send each routine notice by hand.

To send messages, the add-on uses a Twilio account and API credentials entered in LatePoint settings. Messages can come from a Twilio phone number or an alphanumeric sender ID, depending on support in the recipient's country. It suits appointment-based businesses that want text notifications to be part of their booking communication.
