LatePoint Addon - Apple Calendar

Keeping appointment bookings and personal calendars aligned can require manual entry and make it harder to see an agent's availability. This addon syncs LatePoint bookings with Apple Calendar, so agents can view scheduled appointments in the calendar they use for their day-to-day planning.

The addon supports individual agent schedules and updates calendar events when bookings are added, canceled, or rescheduled. It also accounts for calendar events edited or deleted in Apple Calendar, and removes imported events when a calendar is unselected. This setup suits service providers and teams that manage appointments through LatePoint and use Apple Calendar to follow their schedules.

Features

• Booking synchronization: Sync LatePoint bookings with Apple Calendar so appointments made through LatePoint appear alongside other calendar events.
• Agent-specific calendars: Connect individual agent schedules with their respective Apple Calendars to keep team appointments organized by agent.
• Booking change updates: Calendar events are updated when a LatePoint booking is created, canceled, or rescheduled, keeping schedules in step with booking changes.
• Calendar event handling: Events edited or deleted in Apple Calendar are reflected in LatePoint availability after syncing.
• Remove imported events: Unselecting a calendar also removes the events that calendar imported, helping keep the synced schedule aligned with calendar selections.

Best for
