LatePoint Addon - Whatsapp by Meta

Bookings often require timely messages so customers and agents know when an appointment is confirmed or approaching. This add-on connects WhatsApp Business messaging to LatePoint and uses booking events to trigger notifications. It gives appointment-based businesses a way to send confirmations and reminders through WhatsApp as part of their scheduling workflow.

Messages use pre-approved WhatsApp templates, which can be selected from a searchable template list. The add-on supports notifications to customers and agents, helping keep both sides informed about bookings. It suits businesses such as salons and consultancies that manage appointments in LatePoint and want to include WhatsApp in their booking communications.
