SupportCandy Email Piping

The plugin connects an email account to ticket creation and replies, so customers and agents can continue conversations through their email inboxes. It supports Basic IMAP authentication, the Gmail API, and the Microsoft Exchange API. Multiple email addresses can be piped by forwarding messages to one main account, keeping correspondence together in the ticket system.

Email rules help route and filter incoming messages. Set ticket priority or status based on the forwarding address, sender, or keywords in the subject or body. You can choose to accept new emails, replies, or both, limit messages to registered users or all users, and block senders or subjects. Email bodies can be piped as HTML or plain text, and CC recipients can be added as ticket participants.
