Gravity Flow - Folders Extension

Workflow entries can be grouped into folders based on a team's projects, departments, or other preferred categories. Administrators can manage folders in the WordPress admin area, while a shortcode can display folders and their entries on the front end. This gives users who are not administrators or original form submitters a way to view entries when they have access to the relevant folder.

Folder permissions let users with access view all entries in that folder. Users can filter entries by form and field values to find relevant records, and folder actions appear in Gravity Flow's timeline and entry details. Entries can be added or removed using workflow steps or admin controls, giving teams ways to keep folder contents aligned with their work.
