Gravity Flow - Form Connector Extension

When a process depends on information from several forms, teams may need to transfer data or coordinate approvals across separate entries. The Form Connector adds workflow steps that can create, update, or delete entries in other Gravity Forms. Administrators can use it to connect forms on the same site or across different sites, bringing related form activity into a shared workflow.

The extension also lets workflows complete approval or user input steps remotely for entries in other forms. A workflow can pause until a specified form is submitted, then continue with the next step. These capabilities suit organizations with connected intake, review, or approval processes, including those managing forms across WordPress multisite installations.
