Download Monitor Page Addon

The plugin uses a shortcode to create dedicated pages for downloads. Visitors can browse files by category or tag, view featured downloads, and search for specific resources. This gives each file a place for useful context, rather than presenting visitors with a page of bare links.

Page settings let you control how many items appear in sections such as featured downloads, categories, tags, and search results. Download details can include descriptions, thumbnails, custom fields, multiple versions, and direct download links. Use it to organize a catalog of products, lead magnets, or other downloadable resources on a WordPress site.

Features

• Dedicated download pages: Use the download_page shortcode to create a structured page where visitors can explore your downloadable resources and their details.
• Adjustable section counts: Set how many featured downloads, categories, tags, and search results appear, so each page can reflect the size of your catalog.
• Category and tag lists: Present downloads in sortable, paginated lists organized by tags and hierarchical categories to help visitors narrow their browsing.
• Detailed file information: Add descriptions, thumbnails, custom fields, multiple versions, and direct download links to individual resource listings.
• Built-in download search: Include a search box that filters downloads, helping visitors locate a specific file within your resource catalog.
• Featured-only listings: Choose a featured-only option for the downloads listing when you want a page section to display featured files.
