Download Monitor Email Notification

The plugin sends an email notification when a visitor downloads a file managed with Download Monitor. This gives site owners a direct way to follow file activity without relying only on periodic reports. You can choose to receive alerts for all downloads or limit notifications to specific files, helping you focus on the activity that matters to your site.

Notifications can be sent to multiple email recipients, so several people can stay informed about download events. The extension also works with Download Monitor lock extensions, allowing alerts when users submit information such as email addresses. This makes it useful for sites that offer digital files and want to follow both file access and information submitted through a lock.
