Download Monitor Ninja Forms Lock

This plugin adds a form step to the download process. Visitors must complete a Ninja Forms form before accessing the associated file, which can suit sites that share gated resources such as PDFs, whitepapers, or digital products. It gives site owners a way to collect form submissions alongside their downloadable content.

Forms can be placed on a site using a shortcode, allowing them to appear on download pages or other site locations. Submissions are stored within Ninja Forms and can be exported to CSV. For submission alerts, the plugin can also be used with Download Monitor’s Email Notifications extension.

Features

• Require a form submission: Connect Ninja Forms to Download Monitor so visitors must submit a form before they can access a downloadable file.
• Place forms with a shortcode: Use a shortcode to display Ninja Forms on your site, including on pages built for gated downloads.
• Store form submissions: Form submissions are stored within Ninja Forms, where site owners can manage the information collected from download requests.
• Export submissions to CSV: Export stored form submissions to CSV for use in your own record-keeping and data workflows.
• Work with email notifications: Pair the plugin with Download Monitor’s Email Notifications extension to receive alerts when visitors submit a form.
