Download Monitor Downloading Page

A direct file download can leave visitors with little context while they wait. Download Monitor Downloading Page uses a standard WordPress page as an in-between step, giving site owners a place to share useful content while files prepare. Add instructions, promotional banners, videos, or social links to suit the purpose of the download and the needs of your audience.

The page can start the download automatically after a short delay. You can also add a manual download link with a shortcode, giving visitors another way to access the file. Site owners who use locked downloads can review reports on collected email addresses and export those addresses in bulk. Developers can adjust the shortcode's output through an editable template.

Features

• Custom download page: Direct visitors to a standard WordPress page as their file download starts, then add messages, ads, instructions, videos, or social links.
• Automatic download start: Set downloads to begin automatically after a short delay, so visitors can view the page content while the file prepares.
• Manual download link: Use a shortcode to place a manual download link on the page, giving visitors an alternate way to start the download.
• Email collection reports: Review reports on email addresses collected through locked downloads to keep track of contact details gathered from visitors.
• Bulk email export: Export collected email addresses in bulk for use in follow-up and audience communication workflows.
• Editable shortcode template: Change how the manual download link appears by editing its template, allowing site owners and developers to tailor the shortcode output.
