LatePoint Addon - Zoom

Managing virtual appointments can involve booking a time and arranging a video meeting separately. LatePoint Addon – Zoom links those tasks by creating a Zoom meeting when an appointment is approved. The meeting link is available to both the assigned agent and the customer, so each can find it through their LatePoint account.

The add-on supports OAuth authentication and connects Zoom users with agent profiles. You can enable Zoom for selected services, so virtual meetings are associated with the services that need them. It suits businesses and professionals who use LatePoint to schedule remote consultations, coaching sessions, or other virtual appointments.

Features

• Automatic meeting creation: A Zoom meeting is created when an appointment is approved in LatePoint, connecting the booking with its virtual session.
• OAuth authentication: The add-on supports OAuth authentication to connect Zoom with the LatePoint appointment system.
• Agent profile connection: Assign Zoom users to agents so meetings are associated with the agent handling the appointment.
• Customer meeting links: Customers can access their Zoom meeting links from their LatePoint dashboards.
• Service-level Zoom settings: Enable Zoom meetings for selected services, allowing virtual sessions to be limited to the relevant appointment types.
• Appointment and meeting management: Manage virtual meeting arrangements alongside LatePoint appointments, within the same appointment system.
