WS Form PRO - Slack

Form entries can be easy to miss when teams have to check a separate site or inbox. WS Form PRO – Slack routes submission details to designated Slack channels, so teams can review inquiries, feedback, and internal requests in their regular collaboration space. Notifications are sent automatically when a form is submitted.

Message templates let you choose how form data appears in Slack. You can also set conditions based on form field values to control when notifications are sent. The integration supports multi-page forms and conditional logic in WS Form PRO, making it a fit for sites that use more involved forms as well as straightforward submission forms.
