Overview

The plugin turns WS Form PRO submissions into PDF documents, helping businesses and agencies prepare form-based paperwork. It can map dynamic form data into PDF templates, and conditional content lets documents vary based on each submission. Layout and content options include branding elements, so PDFs can reflect the needs of a particular form or workflow.

Generated PDFs can be sent as email attachments to users, clients, or internal teams. The plugin also supports creating PDFs in multiple languages. Filter hooks provide options for setting PDF orientation, paper size, default font, and default font size, giving site owners additional control over how documents are rendered.

Features

  • PDF generation: Create PDF documents from form submissions, turning the information collected through WS Form PRO into formatted files.
