WPML Contact Form 7

Sites that use Contact Form 7 in multiple languages need form content that makes sense to visitors in each language. This plugin works with WPML to let you translate forms and manage their translations through WPML’s editor. You can localize field labels, prompts, and validation messages so people can understand what information a form requests and how to correct an entry.

The plugin is suited to multilingual WordPress sites that rely on Contact Form 7 for visitor inquiries. Changes made to one language version of a form can sync across its translations, helping keep form content consistent. Contact Form 7 features such as file uploads, CAPTCHA, and AJAX submissions remain available for multilingual forms.
