wpForo Tenor

Forum conversations can benefit from visual reactions alongside text. wpForo Tenor adds a GIF button to the editors used for topics, posts, and private messages, giving members a way to find and insert animated GIFs without leaving the editor. It is designed for wpForo-powered communities that want to include GIFs in their discussions.

Selecting the GIF button opens a search popup where members can look for GIFs from Tenor. They can preview a selection in their post before publishing, helping them check how it fits the conversation. The addon places GIF search within the existing forum editing experience, so members can use it while composing topics, posts, or private messages.

Features

• Tenor GIF search: Members can search Tenor's GIF collection from a popup in the forum editor, then select an animated image for their conversation.
• Editor GIF button: A dedicated GIF button appears in the editors for topics, posts, and private messages, providing direct access to GIF search.
• Live GIF preview: Members can preview selected GIFs in their posts before publishing, so they can check their choice in context.
• Topic and post support: Add animated GIFs to forum topics and posts, giving members a visual way to express reactions during discussions.
• Private message support: The Tenor GIF option is available in private message editors, allowing members to include animated images in their exchanges.
