wpDiscuz - Comment Author Info

Basic comment displays give readers little context about the people taking part in a discussion. This add-on presents details such as a commenter’s biography, website, badges, rank, and last activity. Visitors can open the author information from an avatar or an author info icon, with details organized into tabs.

The tabs can include profile statistics, the author’s comments, comments they have liked or disliked, subscriptions, and followed users. AJAX pagination lets visitors browse activity, votes, and subscriptions without reloading the page. Dashboard settings let site owners control which tabs and profile details appear, including visibility by user role or guest status.

Features

• Expanded author profiles: Show author details such as biography, website, badges, rank, and last activity alongside comments.
• Profile statistics: Display counts for comments and posts, along with the number of likes and dislikes an author has received.
• Comment activity: List an author's comments with direct links, so visitors can find their contributions in discussions.
• Votes and subscriptions: Show comments an author has liked or disliked, plus their post and comment subscriptions with unsubscribe options.
• Following and author controls: Display the users an author follows, offer an unfollow option, and let site owners block or unblock authors.
• Configurable pop-up tabs: Open author information from an avatar hover or info icon, and choose which tabs and profile elements appear for user roles or guests.
