WPForms Zapier Addon

The addon links WPForms forms with web apps available through Zapier. When someone submits a form, the submission can trigger an automation that sends its data to another app. This can help teams reduce repetitive data entry and move information into the tools they already use.

Use it for workflows such as adding contacts to Google Contacts, creating invoices in FreshBooks, managing tasks in Trello or Asana, or sending Slack notifications. The workflow is configured in Zapier, and the addon works with WPForms to pass along form submissions. No coding is required to create these connections.

Features

• Connect with web apps: Connect WPForms to thousands of web apps through Zapier, including tools for contacts, accounting, project management, and communication.
• Trigger actions on submission: Set up an automation that runs when a visitor submits a WPForms form, sending the submitted information to a connected app.
• Configure custom workflows: Choose automation triggers and actions in Zapier to fit the tasks your site needs to carry out after a form submission.
• Create workflows without coding: Build forms with the WPForms drag-and-drop builder and connect them to apps through Zapier without writing code.
• Send team notifications: Use form submissions to send notifications to communication tools such as Slack, so your team can receive information through its chosen app.
• Automate common tasks: Route form data to services such as FreshBooks, Google Contacts, Trello, or Asana to create invoices, add contacts, or manage tasks.
