WPForms Google Calendar

Manually transferring form responses into a calendar can add extra work to appointment bookings and event registrations. WPForms Google Calendar uses submitted form data to create Google Calendar events, so calendar entries can be based on information visitors provide. It fits websites that collect scheduling or event details through WPForms forms.

Use smart tags to map form fields to event titles, descriptions, dates, locations, and guest emails. Set an event duration or recurring schedule, and use conditional logic to control when an event is created. Guest email fields can also be used to add invitees to calendar events.

Features

• Create calendar events: Turn WPForms submissions into Google Calendar events, using form responses to populate calendar entries.
• Map form fields: Use smart tags to assign form inputs to event titles, descriptions, dates, locations, and guest email addresses.
• Set event duration: Choose how long calendar events last to reflect the length of an appointment or other scheduled activity.
• Schedule recurring events: Set recurring schedules for repeat appointments or ongoing event series submitted through your forms.
• Control event creation: Apply conditional logic to decide when a form submission should create a Google Calendar event.
• Add guest emails: Map guest email fields from a form to calendar events so invitees can be included.
