WP Fusion - Media Tools Addon

The addon links media on your WordPress site with your CRM so you can track how people interact with videos and other media. It can restrict access until a user authenticates, helping you control who can view gated content. This suits sites that publish training materials, marketing content, or other media for specific audiences.

Use media interactions to drive follow-up actions in your CRM. For example, actions can be based on whether someone watches a video fully or partially, and can include sending emails, applying tags, or triggering other CRM actions. YouTube players embedded through iframe HTML also have the enablejsapi=1 parameter added automatically.

Features

• Track video engagement: Monitor how users interact with videos, including play rates, watch times, and completion status, and send those engagement details to your CRM.
• Gate media access: Require users to authenticate before they can view videos and other media, letting you limit access to selected content.
• Trigger follow-up actions: Use media interactions, such as watching a video fully or partially, to trigger emails, tags, or other CRM actions.
• Set triggers and tags: Define conditions and user tags in your CRM to guide follow-up workflows and segment people according to their media interactions.
• Support iframe YouTube players: When a YouTube player is added to a page through iframe HTML, the addon automatically adds the enablejsapi=1 parameter to its URL.
