Gravity Forms Wordpress Plugin + Add-ons (Lifetime)

The plugin's visual drag-and-drop builder lets you create and arrange form fields without coding. Use conditional logic to show or hide fields, sections, pages, and buttons in response to user inputs. Forms can also use multiple columns with adjustable field widths, helping you organize the information visitors see and enter.

Use forms to collect payments for registrations, donations, subscriptions, and product sales through Stripe, PayPal, or Square. The plugin also supports notifications, confirmations, data routing, file uploads, and connections to services such as HubSpot, Mailchimp, Zapier, Trello, Dropbox, and ActiveCampaign. Pre-built templates cover contact forms, surveys, and payment forms.
