WooCommerce PDF Product Vouchers

The plugin helps WooCommerce businesses offer vouchers for gifts, prepaid services, event tickets, store credit, and free gift redemptions. Customers can receive a PDF voucher for a product or service and redeem it online or in person. This setup can suit businesses that take orders online and provide the product, service, or experience later.

Voucher templates can include product details, recipient names, personal messages, and QR codes. Businesses can manage redemptions, including partial use, multiple uses, voiding, and manual redemption. Vouchers can be set up for online redemption as store credit or restricted to physical locations, giving businesses control over how customers use them.

Features

• Custom voucher templates: Create PDF voucher layouts with editable templates, fonts, colors, and product details. Choose from six default backgrounds or add your own images.
• Personalized gifting: Let customers add a recipient name and personal message to a voucher, making it suitable for gifts and special occasions.
• QR code redemption: Add a unique QR code to each voucher so staff can scan it with a mobile device during in-person redemption.
• Redemption controls: Manage partial and multiple redemptions, void vouchers, or record redemptions manually to match how your business accepts vouchers.
• Online or in person: Configure vouchers for online redemption as store credit, or restrict them to physical locations.
• Voucher email delivery: Send vouchers to purchasers and, if desired, email them directly to recipients.
• Voucher search and records: Search vouchers by number and view a list of generated vouchers to help manage outstanding redemptions and customer inquiries.
