WooCommerce Order Status Manager

WooCommerce’s default statuses may not reflect every step in a store’s fulfillment process. This plugin lets store owners create, edit, and delete custom statuses, then organize them with drag-and-drop ordering. Custom statuses appear in the admin orders list and can be used in bulk actions and order action buttons, so staff can manage orders in the same areas they already use.

Statuses can include descriptions for customers on the View Order page, along with custom email notifications triggered by status changes. Store owners can also mark custom statuses as paid or requiring payment, which controls related options such as download links, purchase notes, and payment options. Existing custom statuses can be imported, and custom statuses can be included in shop reports.
