WooCommerce KissMetrics

The plugin sends WooCommerce activity to Kissmetrics, giving store owners data about how customers move through the shopping journey. It tracks interactions such as product views and checkout progress, so you can review where customers continue or leave the process.

WooCommerce KissMetrics also tracks revenue by product, category, and time period, along with customer counts and average revenue per customer. For stores using WooCommerce Subscriptions, it records subscription events such as renewals, cancellations, suspensions, and trial expirations. You can adjust event and property names in the admin interface, and add custom events through theme snippets.
