WooCommerce Advanced Notifications

WooCommerce stores often need to keep staff, suppliers, or drop shippers informed about specific orders and inventory changes. This plugin lets you create multiple notification recipients and send them email alerts for events such as new orders, low stock, no stock, and backorders. Each recipient can have rules suited to their role, so the updates they receive can focus on the products and activity relevant to them.

Set notification rules for individual products, product categories, or shipping classes to direct updates to the right people. Notifications use WooCommerce’s default email templates, and you can choose whether to include prices and order totals in their content. This gives store owners a way to coordinate order fulfillment and inventory communication while limiting details shared with each recipient.

Features

• Multiple recipients: Create separate notification recipients with their own details, so staff, suppliers, and other contacts can receive relevant store emails.
• Order and stock alerts: Send email notifications for new orders, low stock, no stock, and backorders to keep recipients informed about store activity.
• Targeted notification rules: Filter notifications by product category, shipping class, or individual product to direct updates to the appropriate recipients.
• Product-level assignment: Assign notifications per product so suppliers, staff, or drop shippers can receive information about the items they handle.
• Control order details: Choose whether notification content includes prices and order totals, allowing you to limit which order details recipients see.
• WooCommerce email templates: Use WooCommerce’s default email templates for notifications, keeping their appearance consistent with the store’s standard emails.
