Subaccounts & Multi-User Accounts

Business and organizational customers may have several employees involved in purchasing from one company account. This plugin lets the main account create and manage multiple subaccounts, with contact details such as each person's name, title, and phone number. Users can share account access while having different permissions for activities such as browsing account details, viewing orders, and placing orders.

The main account can set up users who prepare carts or shopping lists without checkout permission. It can then review those lists and place orders, supporting an approval process for team purchases. Order and shopping list activity can be associated with the subaccount user who took the action, giving stores and purchasing teams a clearer view of activity across an account.
