Request a Quote for WooCommerce

For products that need individual pricing, a standard Add to Cart flow may not fit every customer or order. This plugin lets shoppers add selected products to a quote basket and send a request through a customizable form. Store owners can set quote options for specific products, categories, or user roles, and can hide product prices or replace Add to Cart with a quote button or custom link.

Quote requests can include a customer’s offered amount and details gathered through custom form fields, such as text, email, number, dropdown, and checkbox fields. Store owners can review and manage quotes from the WooCommerce admin panel, send quotes, and convert accepted quotes into orders. Email notifications can be sent to customers and admins when quotes are submitted or their status changes, and PDF quotes can be attached to emails.
