Edit Order by Customer

Customers can open an order from their account and edit it while its status allows changes. They can add, remove, or change products, update billing and shipping addresses, and select different payment or shipping methods. This gives shoppers a way to correct order details without contacting the store first.

Store admins control which statuses and customer roles permit order edits. They can also choose which billing and shipping fields customers may change. When an order is edited, the plugin can move it to on-hold for review and send an email notification to administrators. This setup suits stores that need customer flexibility while keeping a review step in their order process.
