Ultimate Member - Profile Completeness

Incomplete profiles can leave member directories with little useful information and make it harder for visitors to understand who is part of a community. This plugin shows users which profile fields still need attention and tracks their progress. Site owners can set a minimum completion level for directory visibility, or require users to finish their profiles before they can access selected site features.

Completion rules can vary by user role, including different required fields for different roles. Site owners can choose which fields count and assign each field a weight. Progress bars and field prompts can appear in sidebar widgets or through shortcodes, while pop-up editing forms let users update profile fields from across the site. Widgets disappear when a profile is complete.

Features

• Profile progress bar: Show members a visual progress bar that tracks how much of their profile is complete and encourages them to fill in missing fields.
• Incomplete field prompts: Display profile fields that still need to be filled out in sidebar widgets, so users can see what remains.
• Weighted profile fields: Choose which profile fields count toward completion and assign each field a weight to reflect its contribution.
• Role-based requirements: Set profile completion tracking by user role, with different required fields for each role.
• Directory visibility threshold: Set a minimum profile completion percentage that users must reach before their profiles appear in member directories.
• Completion restrictions: Require users to complete their profiles before commenting, using bbPress forums, creating topics, replying, or viewing other profiles.
• Progress bars by shortcode: Place profile progress bars in different areas of your site with shortcodes, keeping users informed about their completion status.
