Ultimate Member - Private Content

Managing information for individual members can be difficult when it needs to stay organized and easy for each person to find. This plugin adds a private content area for each user in the WordPress admin, where site administrators can create and update that member’s content.

Members can access their assigned content through a private content tab on their profile. A shortcode also lets administrators place user-specific content elsewhere on the website. The tab appears only for users with assigned content, and administrators can change its name and icon or turn it off.

Features

• Individual content areas: Create a dedicated private content area for each user in the WordPress admin and manage information for individual members.
• Admin content editing: Add and update private content through the WordPress backend, using the familiar administration area to manage member information.
• Shortcode placement: Use the [um_private_content] shortcode to display private, user-specific content in different locations across your website.
• Profile content tab: Give users a private content tab on their profile, where they can access the content assigned to them.
• Conditional tab display: The profile tab appears only to users who have private content assigned, keeping it off profiles without member-specific information.
• Tab display settings: Customize the profile tab’s name and icon, or disable the tab if you prefer to present private content elsewhere.
