NEX-Forms - PayPal PRO Add-on

This add-on lets site owners collect PayPal PRO payments through custom NEX-Forms forms, so customers can submit form details and payment without being redirected away from the site. It can support sales, event registrations, and invoicing, with payment information configured alongside the form.

For itemized billing, forms can include multiple items with quantities and amounts linked to form fields or set as fixed values. PayPal account settings include currency selection, while transaction tracking records successful, failed, and pending payments. Email notifications can be sent before payment, after a failure, or after a successful payment.

Features

• Multiple billable items: Add multiple items to one transaction for itemized billing of products or services, with quantities and amounts shown as separate payment details.
• Map fields to payments: Link form fields to item quantities and amounts to set payment details based on a customer's entries or selections.
• Set fixed values: Use fixed quantities and amounts for one-off products or standard price arrangements when payment details do not depend on form input.
• Track transactions: Monitor transaction statuses, including successful, failed, and pending payments, to review payment activity associated with form submissions.
• Payment email notifications: Send email notifications before payment, when a payment fails, or after a successful payment to keep customers and site owners informed.
• Test in a sandbox: Choose a sandbox environment to test payment flows without real transactions, or select the live environment for payment processing.
• Accept card payments on site: Use PayPal PRO to accept credit cards such as Visa and MasterCard through forms, without redirecting customers away from the site.
