Overview

MEC Advanced Speaker helps event organizers present the people behind their programs. Create individual speaker pages with a photo, biography, social links, credentials, and related events. Connecting speakers with their events gives visitors a place to learn about each guest and find sessions or other activities associated with them.

Use shortcodes to place speaker content in different areas of a website. Choose a list or grid view, feature selected speakers, or display individual profiles. The plugin is designed to work with Modern Events Calendar, making it a fit for event websites that want speaker details alongside their calendar content.

Features

  • Individual speaker pages: Create a dedicated page for each speaker with their biography, photo, social links, credentials, and related events.
  • Speaker list and grid: Use shortcodes to display speakers in an organized list or a grid, placing the layout where it suits your website.
  • Featured speaker selection: Mark selected speakers as featured so they can be highlighted in speaker sections across your site.
  • Related event display: Associate events with each speaker and show current or upcoming events on speaker lists or individual pages.
  • Speaker profile details: Present each speaker's biography, photo, and social links so visitors can explore their background and online profiles.
  • Shortcode options: Add speaker lists, grids, featured sections, or individual profiles to different areas of a website using shortcodes.
