MemberPress Importer

Moving membership information by hand can take time and make it harder to keep member details, subscription statuses, and transaction history together. MemberPress Importer brings this data into MemberPress, giving site owners a way to transfer existing membership records when switching platforms or consolidating data.

The importer handles member records, subscriptions, and transactions, and imported memberships are set up as membership products. It also maps imported users to corresponding membership levels and access rules, so site owners can bring over membership data while maintaining the access structure described for their site.

Features

• Import member records: Bring member profiles into MemberPress from an existing membership platform or from data being consolidated from multiple sources.
• Bring over subscriptions: Import subscription information, including subscription statuses, as part of a membership data transfer into MemberPress.
• Transfer transactions: Move transaction records into MemberPress along with member and subscription data.
• Map membership access: Map imported users to corresponding membership levels and access rules to preserve the site's membership access structure.
• Set up membership products: Imported memberships are set as membership products in MemberPress, aligning imported records with the product terminology used by the plugin.
• Review import results: Use import logs to review transferred data and check for issues during the import process.
