Gravity Forms Image Choices

Text-only choices can make it harder for visitors to compare products, variations, or other visual options. Gravity Forms Image Choices lets you add images to radio button and checkbox choices, so selections are presented visually within your forms. You can select PNG, JPG, GIF, and SVG files from the WordPress media library.

The plugin also supports Gravity Forms product, single product, poll, survey, quiz, and shipping fields. Visitors can open image choices in a lightbox preview, while entry tables and details can show thumbnails of their selections. Merge tags can display image choices in notifications and confirmations, making the plugin useful for product forms and interactive surveys.
