Gravity Forms Color Picker

Forms that collect product or design preferences can give visitors a visual way to choose a color. This plugin adds color swatches to radio and checkbox fields, and can turn a single-line text field into a custom color picker. Visitors can select from the options provided or choose a custom color value, depending on how the form is set up.

Form builders can choose from several display themes for color swatches, including Pantone, Circle, Compact, and Lozenge. Selected colors appear as swatches in Gravity Forms admin entries and email notifications, helping site owners review submitted choices. The plugin also supports applying selected colors to website elements, product visuals, or text.
