Gravity Forms SendGrid

Gravity Forms SendGrid routes notification emails from WordPress forms through the SendGrid API. This gives site owners an alternative to sending form messages through the web server’s default mail function. It can suit business websites, online stores, and other sites that use forms to collect information and need to send notifications about those submissions.

Connect a SendGrid account with Gravity Forms, then use the connection for new or existing forms. Notifications can include CC addresses. This setup is useful for messages such as registration notices, order confirmations, and contact form responses, with SendGrid handling the email delivery instead of the site’s default mail function.

Features

• Send through SendGrid: The add-on sends form notification emails through the SendGrid API rather than relying on the WordPress server’s default mail function.
• Connect a SendGrid account: Connect your SendGrid account within Gravity Forms to route notifications through the email delivery service.
• Use existing forms: Send notifications from both new and existing Gravity Forms, so you can use the connection with forms already on your site.
• Add CC addresses: Include CC addresses in form notification emails to copy other recipients on messages generated by submissions.
• Handle transactional messages: Use SendGrid for form-related messages such as user registration notifications, order confirmations, and contact form responses.

Best for
