Gravity Forms Signature

Paper forms and separate signing steps can make it harder to collect consent, agreements, and approvals. Gravity Forms Signature adds signature capture directly to Gravity Forms, so site owners can gather a signature as part of a form submission. It can be added to new or existing forms and lets visitors sign using a touchscreen, touchpad, or mouse.

The signature is converted into a PNG image and saved on the server, where it can be viewed in the form entry details. Visitors can also type their signature, and the field works without requiring an additional browser plugin. This add-on suits sites that use Gravity Forms to collect signed forms and want to keep signature capture within the form process.

Features

• Add a signature field: Place a signature field in a new or existing Gravity Form to collect signatures as part of a form submission.
• Sign on different devices: Visitors can sign using a touchscreen, touchpad, or mouse, supporting signing on mobile devices and desktop computers.
• Type a signature: The Signature field includes an option for visitors to type their signature instead of drawing it.
• Save signatures as images: Collected signatures are converted into PNG images and saved on the server for access through form entry details.
• Use without browser plugins: Visitors can complete the signature field without installing an additional browser plugin or software.
• View signatures in entries: Find a submitted signature in the details for its form entry, alongside the related submission.
